Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer regarding the use of the Ninlo app (Telegram Mini App). By starting to use the app, you accept the terms of this offer in full.

2. Service description

Ninlo is a reference/informational app for parents: a baby-care tracker, a vaccination calendar (Ukraine's or WHO's — your choice), reminders, a child card, reference articles, information about benefits, a database of infant formulas, PDF reports.

The basic ("free") plan is free of charge and stays that way for 1 child, 2 family members (an admin and one designated member), 30 attachments per family, and 1 PDF report per month.

3. Ninlo Premium

The paid "Ninlo Premium" subscription unlocks: a full-day sleep forecast (instead of just the next window), an unlimited number of children, an unlimited number of family members, more than 30 attachments per family, more than 1 PDF report per month, a full export of the family's entire data archive.

Payment is made via Telegram Stars, a monthly subscription with automatic renewal until cancelled. The price is shown in the app at the time of purchase. A new family automatically gets a 3-day free trial with full access.

You can cancel the subscription at any time through Telegram's standard interface (bot subscription management). After cancellation or when the paid period ends, access to extended features is limited — all family data entered previously is kept in full, with no restrictions and no deletion.

Questions about payment or refunds — the /paysupport command in the Ninlo chat bot. Refund terms are described in detail in a separate Refund Policy.

4. This is not medical advice

Reference materials, the vaccination calendar, information about benefits, and other informational content in the app are for general reference only and do not replace consulting a doctor, lawyer, or other professional. Before making decisions about your child's health, consult a qualified doctor. Information about government benefits may change — check official sources for current details.

5. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information to the extent necessary for the app to work correctly (for example, the child's date of birth to calculate their age); not to use the app for unlawful purposes; not to attempt unauthorized access to other families' data.

6. Family and member roles

A user can create a family and invite other members via a code or link. The family admin sets member roles (admin / member with edit rights / view only) and is responsible for managing the family's composition, including deleting the family (an irreversible action).

7. Intellectual property

Reference materials in the app are either original or adapted from open sources (e.g. MedlinePlus) with a source citation where applicable. Using these materials outside the app without permission is not allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of technical failures. We are not liable for decisions made based on the app's reference content — see clause 4.

9. Suspension of access

We reserve the right to limit or suspend a user's access to the app in the event of a violation of the terms of this offer (for example, abuse of the support/broadcast feature, attempts at unauthorized access).

10. Governing law

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of Ukraine, to the extent not in conflict with the terms of this offer.
